Why we need experience
  Rainbow bar

Adam and Eve are representative of a soul. When our soul leaves paradise, or heaven, or the universal consciousness, our soul splits in two. The reason why we leave paradise, is because we need to experience. We need to become aware of paradise, or if we maintain the Adam and Eve theme, we need to taste the apple from the tree of life. When we are created in paradise, we are created with a knowledge of all that is. However, our knowledge of all that is has no practical use, because we do not know how to apply our knowledge. Although we have knowledge, we have no real awareness of our knowledge. Nor do we have any understanding of our knowledge.

Imagine that you were to spend 10 years sitting in a library, where you read every book and every text ever written, and in so doing, you acquire all of the knowledge available on earth. What use is this knowledge to you?

You might know that if you gather 3,792 assorted parts, and put the 3,792 assorted parts together in order a, b, c, etc you will have built a car, that is powered by petrol and can travel at 80 miles an hour providing you select the correct gear, and put your foot on the accelerator, whilst using the steering wheel to guide you, and covering the brake in case you need to stop. However, you would not really know how to build a car, nor would you know how to drive that car, because you do not really know what the knowledge which you have acquired means.

The only way for you to really know how to build that car, and how to drive that car, is to leave the library, obtain the 3,792 assorted parts which you need, put the car together, fill the car with petrol, and drive the car.

When you begin to build the car, you learn that some parts do not fit, as they are supposed to fit, and you learn that there is a knack to putting certain parts together. You learn that when putting a car together, you make mistakes, and you have to rectify your mistakes, before you can continue. You learn that if a spanner slips, you will scrape your knuckle, and you learn that if you drop an engine block on you leg, your leg will break. You lean that you can thread a screw, and you learn that you can burr a nut.

When you have put your car together, you understand that the reason that you need to paint the car, is that the car looks awful unpainted. You then learn that unless you paint the car a certain way, the finish is uneven and inconsistent. When your car is completed you need to fill the car with petrol, and you learn that to fill the car with petrol, you must first remove the petrol cap. Now you need to find a way to get petrol into the car, and you either have to get the car to a petrol station, or you have to get some petrol to the car.

Your car is now finished, fuelled and ready to drive. You think that driving the car will be the easy part, because you have done all of the hard work. After many attempts you begin to master the gears so that you do not continually stall the car. Having been finally able to get the car to move more than a yard or two, you learn that if you put too much pressure on the accelerator, the car goes too fast for you to control, and you hit something. You have to stop and repair the car, before you can try again. As you build and drive your car you gain experience, and you apply this experience to the knowledge which you obtained in the library. It is not until you have successfully built, and driven that car that you really know how to build and drive a car. It is at this point, that you are aware of how to build a car and drive a car. It is at this point, that you really understand the knowledge of how to build a car, and drive a car. Knowledge which you had, in theory when you left the library.

This is a real achievement, and having completed the task of building a car, and driving a car, you are now ready to put another piece of your knowledge into practice. You set out to build a house…. In the meantime, your neighbour who has successfully built a boat, is ready to build a car.

This is why we leave the universal consciousness, or heaven. We need experience, because without experience, all of the knowledge in the universe, which we have when we are created, is useless. When we have experienced all, when we have added our experience to our knowledge, we become aware of all, and we understand all. We are now ready to return to the universal consciousness.

Adam and Eve leave paradise, because paradise is just a place, which is beautiful, even if Adam and Eve do not understand what beautiful means. When Adam and Eve return to paradise, they understand paradise, they appreciate paradise, and they can enjoy paradise, because they know what they have, and they are aware of what they have. Leaving paradise may seem like punishment at the time, but when Adam and Eve return to paradise, they understand that leaving paradise was a blessing.

The reason why we have our physical existence is to experience. Our physical existence is the world that we enter when we leave the library, full of knowledge which we do not understand. We need experience to provide understanding, and we cannot gain experience whilst we are in the library, or within the perfection of paradise.

Usually, we become so frustrated and angry when we leave the library, or are cast out of paradise, that we forget why we needed to leave the library. In time, we forget that we were ever in the library or paradise, and we forget the knowledge which we acquired in the library.
