The most important point to remember, is that we should be guided by our instinct. What follows is an outline, but if our instinct guides to use a different breath or touch, we need to follow our instinct. Having entered our sacred site, or a quiet place for meditation, we are ready to begin. Orientation and synthesis breaths. Ceremoniously run through this entire procedure. The first of our breaths begins when we have emptied our lungs. When we begin the inhale, we need to remain conscious that our thumbs and fingers are going to come into contact. We breathe a full breath, inhale and exhale. |
|
As we empty our lungs, we begin the motion of
bringing our fingers and thumbs together as we inhale. When we have inhaled
our fingers and thumbs should be almost, but not yet, touching. We empty
our lungs, and we begin to inhale, we bring our fingers and thumbs into
contact.
We take three deep breaths whilst the contact between our fingers and thumbs is maintained. When we then empty our lungs, we release the contact and allow our fingers to return to the open position as guided by our feeling. |
|

We release our finger circle into the open hand mudra. We Breathe, until we are ready to proceed to Touch Two. | |

At this point we may be given, an idea, a concept, or a thought may enter our consciousness, and draw our focus. We may suspend our meditation to go into our focus, or we may conclude our meditation. If we are not given focus at this point, or when we feel ready, which may be on another day, we may proceed to part two of this meditation. |

We Breathe deeply, and allow ourselves to visualise
if we re drawn to visualise.

When we then empty our lungs, we release the contact and allow our fingers to return to the open position as guided by our feeling. We embrace the twelve Buddha's, the spheres which are directly linked to our center as we inhale, when we exhale we draw into and embrace the thirteenth Buddha, our center or heart sphere. |
