The most important point to remember, is that we should be guided by our instinct. What follows is an outline, but if our instinct guides to use a different command, we need to follow our instinct.

Having entered our sacred site, or a quiet place for meditation, we are ready to begin.

We Breathe, we prepare ourselves. We open our soul to the divine spirit.

When we are ready, we perform the ritual of Twelve Breaths of Creation and Affirmation.

The First Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the First Day there is the unified Sphere of Being, there is One, neither created or made.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Second Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the Second Day there is created that which is, there are Two.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Third Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the Third Day there is created that which was created, another One, there are Three.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Fourth Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the Fourth Day there is created that which was created, which was Two, there are Five.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Fifth Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the Fifth Day there is created that which was created, which was Three, there are Eight.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Sixth Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the Sixth Day there is created that which was created, which was Five, there are Thirteen.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Seventh Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

We command On the Seventh Day, Unity.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

We Breathe. We allow ourselves to rest. We allow that which we have created to unify itself.

At this point we may be given, an idea, a concept, or a thought may enter our consciousness, and draw our focus.

We may suspend our meditation to go into our focus, or we may conclude our meditation.

If we are not given focus at this point, or when we feel ready, which may be on another day, we may proceed to part two of this meditation.

The Eighth Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

Within our Heart we feel the Divine Intention, the Flower of Life.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Ninth Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

Within our Heart we feel the Divine Intention, Unity.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Tenth Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

Within our Heart we feel the Divine Intention, the Flower of Being.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Eleventh Breath of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

Within our Heart we feel the Divine Intention, Unity.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

The Twelfth and Infinite Breaths of Creation.

We calm ourselves before taking a subtle, intentful, and powerful deep breath.

Within our Heart we feel the Divine Intention, Unification.

We exhale emptying our lungs fully. We take three more deep breaths.

  A two-dimensional representation
We Breathe. We allow ourselves to rest. We allow that which we have created to unify itself.

We focus within where we now are. To focus we breathe, be, feel, see, allow, and evolve as we feel from time to time.

We may be given, an idea, a concept, or a thought may enter our consciousness, and draw our focus.

We may conclude our meditation when we are ready to conclude our meditation.

Chapel Tibet is another human being who happens to pursue the Divine. Chapel Tibet has had a presence on Earth for many cycles of time. The name "Chapel Tibet" was given to Chapel Tibet, by a feminine aspect of the Divine.
