The most important point to remember, is that we should be guided by our instinct. What follows is an outline, but if our instinct guides to use smaller stones for our circle, or to create a different configuration, we need to follow our instinct.

We need to choose a quiet place, which we can make into our own sacred site. Ideally a place in outside area such as our yard would be best, but if we do not have a yard, perhaps on a balcony or a quiet corner in our home.

A fairly large angular stone around the size of a human head if possible and practical should be placed at the center of our meditation site. We should then select either five or six smaller stones to create either a Pentagon, or Hexagon arrangement on the perimeter. We can alter the configuration depending on how we feel.

At this point, we will have created our own 'stone circle', used for spiritual purposes across a wide range of cultures from for example, the Druids of Stonehenge, to some Native American cultures and so on.

Ideally the outer stones would be about two thirds of the size of the center stone, and around two steps away from the center stone.

Using stones for our center and 'circle' anchors us by drawing on the energies of the earth. As we focus our energy together with the energies of the earth, we create a site filled with energy, or our own 'sacred' site.

We will find that as we use our sacred site, we increase the power within the site because we compound the focussed energy. We can further enhance the power within the circle by obtaining specific stones which we are drawn to because they channel the specific energy which we need. See Crystal Properties.

When we are setting our stones, the easiest method is the place the stones where we feel that the stones should be placed, and allow our inner knowing to guide us to draw the energy which we need.

To begin our meditation, we need to choose our point of entrance into our 'sacred site'. Again, our instinct is the best guide, and we should enter where we feel like entering without attempting to rationalise where we should enter our circle.

We should enter our stone circle with our hands placed silently clapped together in front of our heart in the mudra of devotion, prayer and re-creation.

The action of putting our hands together in prayer increases our energy. We draw energy from the earth through the soles of our feet which naturally flows through us and dissipates through our palms. By placing our palms together we allow the energy to circulate within us instead of dissipating through our palms.

We need to make ourselves comfortable at the center of our circle over our center stone, we can sit cross legged of even place a chair (ideally a wooden chair) over the stone, or whatever makes us comfortable.

The more comfortable we are within our circle, the more often we will use our circle, either with or without the ritual, and the more powerful our circle will become.

Having created our sacred site, which we can use for any or no meditation, we are ready to use our sacred site.

We are ready to begin our ritual….

We need to remember that our instinct knows what is best for us at any given moment. If for example the ritual calls for three deep breaths and we feel like taking four or six or whatever number of deep breaths, we should follow what we feel.

This can be a very powerful meditation and we may not need to fully complete the meditation. If we begin to become uncomfortable, we will usually have completed as much of the meditation as we need, and we are ready to allow ourselves to discontinue the meditation.

Breathe three full, deep breaths. Place our hands over our heart, left hand over the right if we are female, right hand over the left if we are male.

Breathe full, deep breaths and allow the cosmic energies to infuse through our entire being. We need to be attentive to what the cosmic energies are doing, and go with the flow of energy.

We can open our heart to and with the cosmic energy flow by spreading our arms wide, to form a cross with our body and our arms.

Turn and face whichever direction we fell like facing, either north, south, west or east. Inhale the cosmic energies with our Heart. On the exhale open our Heart and arms to the direction which we are facing. Allow our sphere(s) to be filled with love. Let the cosmic energies fill us and/or synchronize us.

Breathe full, deep breaths and allow the cosmic energies to infuse through our entire being. We need to be attentive to what the cosmic energies are doing, and go with the flow of cosmic energy.

Bring our hands back over our Heart embracing all that we have opened into our Heart. Stand and breathe.

We should repeat this step for each of the remaining directions, either north, south, west or east in whatever order we feel like following.

We should repeat this step once more facing whichever point we are drawn to face, or we feel like facing.

With our hands over our Heart, inhale the cosmic energies with our Heart. On the exhale open our Heart and arms to ALL. Allow ourselves to unify and synchronize with ALL.

If we are guided to or feel that we should hold our focus, we should hold our focus with our hands silently clapped before our Heart.

This ends the Meditation of the 7th/6th Stone. The 7th Stone is the Stone at the Center.

We should leave our circle when we are ready to leave our circle, usually at the point where we entered our circle.

Chapel Tibet is another human being who happens to pursue the Divine. Chapel Tibet has had a presence on Earth for many cycles of time. The name "Chapel Tibet" was given to Chapel Tibet, by a feminine aspect of the Divine.
